Business Stewardship
Focuses on effectively using the resources received by the ministry and speaks to the leaders making budgeting and spending decisions within the church or nonprofit organization.
Planning Continuum
A tool of business stewardship to provide a mechanism for understanding the needs of the organization, assessing resource requirements, setting priorities, and then tracking the effectiveness of the usage of financial resources.

George M Hillman Jr - George has twenty-five years of ministry experience in church and parachurch ministries, working with a variety of cultural contexts, church styles (traditional and contemporary), and ages of people (children through senior adults). For the last fifteen years, he has taught at one of the premier evangelical seminaries in the world. He has a passion for discipleship, spiritual formation, and leadership development. He draws on his years of experience serving organizations in the areas of corporate development, program development and mission fulfillment, sales and fund development, marketing, financial planning, accounting, and human resources.
